Brad Baer

FOUNDER & CEO

An architect, designer, and entrepreneur, Brad Baer has spent more than two decades helping organizations transform ambitious ideas into experiences worth building. His work has been trusted by nine Fortune 100 companies, leading cultural institutions, universities, and nonprofits to create places that educate, inspire, and engage audiences around the world.

Brad coined the term Experiential Master Planning®, a methodology that aligns architecture, storytelling, technology, operations, and fundraising from the earliest stages of a project. Over the past three years alone, this approach has helped clients secure more than $50 million in funding for new museums, innovation centers, visitor experiences, and cultural destinations.

In 2021, Brad was recognized as one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, an honor that recognizes the region’s top business leaders. In 2025, he received the Technology Innovator of the Year Award from DesignPhiladelphia for his contributions to experiential design and innovation.

Brad earned a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction from Iowa State University. Earlier in his career, he practiced architecture with KieranTimberlake, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, and HNTB Sport, contributing to projects ranging from the Cellophane House at the Museum of Modern Art to sports venues and skyscrapers worldwide.

Committed to advancing the profession, Brad previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University, where he developed a course on Design & Entrepreneurship. He has been a visiting critic at Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, Syracuse University, Indiana University, and Michigan State University, and has lectured at leading conferences, including SXSW, the Hopscotch Design Festival, the American Institute of Architects Conference, and the American Alliance of Museums Annual Meeting.
