Experiential Master Plan | Mann Center for Performing Arts

Following a previous 5-year Experiential Master Plan, the Mann Center for Performing Arts asked Crafted Action to help them prepare for their 50th Anniversary celebration in 2026. The engagement has involved developing preliminary concepts and ROM budgets to be used for fundraising and to build excitement.

As a nonprofit, the Mann needs flexibility when it comes to roadmapping new and innovative projects. Crafted Action worked directly with the executive team to access a series of small, media, and large opportunities, which were then used to apply for grants and secure the necessary funding to bring the ideas to life.
